Return & Cancellation Policy

Return for full credit

  • RMA is required from Tradewinds customer service
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Product must be unused and in the same condition it was received
  • Product must be in original unopened packaging
  • Must have invoice or proof of purchase that included the original purchase order number

Return with 25% restocking fee

  • RMA is required from Tradewinds customer service
  • Product is returned after 30 days of original purchase date
  • If original package has been opened, it must remain in new, resalable condition
  • Must have invoice or proof of purchase that includes the original purchase order number

Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Customer must use LTL carrier for all equipment, UPS/FedEx may be used for any accessories
  • Must provide tracking information once product is returned

Cancellations

  • Customer service must be notified before tracking number is assigned

Damaged Product

  • Pictures must be provided including serial numbers
  • After review of pictures, Tradewinds will determine if product should be returned or scrapped on site
  • If product is scrapped, serial numbers will be documented in Tradewinds database
